Coaches, you should notify your players parents at least a week before picture day. Contact us and let us know how many order forms you will need and we will deliver them to you. You should hand out order forms to the parents at a practice session or a regular game. Give parents enough time to make sure the clothes are clean and, if needed, their child can get a haircut. Encourage parents to have their ball player at the appointed field on time and ready to be photographed. This way all questions will already be answered and everything will go smoothly and everyone can be photographed in the most efficient manner. This will ensure the best possible quality enabling the photographer to concentrate on the ball player's expression.
